Returns & Exchanges
1. General Return Eligibility
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return eligible items within 30 days of the original delivery date. Items must be new, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with all original tags still attached. Refunds are issued to the original method of payment with a $7 shipping & processing fee deducted.
2. Exchanges
We gladly offer exchanges for eligible items within the 30-day window. To request an exchange, indicate your desired size or style. If the requested item is in stock, we will ship it once we receive your returned item. If the requested item is out of stock, a refund will be issued. Any price difference between the returned and new item will be credited or charged accordingly.
3. Returns Process
- Visit our Returns Center to start your return: enter your email address and ZIP code.
- Once authorized, you will receive detailed instructions and a prepaid return label.
- Pack the items securely and affix the return label to the outside of the package.
- Include the original packing list inside the package.
After your return is received and processed, refunds are typically issued to the original payment method. It may take up to 10 business days to complete processing. Your financial institution may require an additional 3–5 business days before the credit appears on your statement.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following products cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless defective:
- Items marked as Final Sale
- Products not purchased on JNY.com
- Products purchased from other sellers or marketplaces
- Certain categories such as handbags, purses, undergarments, shoes, sunglasses, and watches
- Worn, altered, washed, or laundered items
6. In-Store vs Online Purchases
Items purchased on JNY.com must be returned through the JNY.com returns process. Merchandise purchased from other retailers (online or in physical stores) must be returned to the original place of purchase.
